Dr. Kimberly Vogt, Ph.D., BCBA, Special Education Teacher
Kimberly attended William Paterson College where she obtained a BA in Psychology. She also attended Jersey City State College in Jersey City, NJ earning a Master of Arts degree in Special Education. Additionally, Kimberly attended Columbia University in New York City, where she obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, as well as a PH.D in Applied Behavior Analysis. She brings with her over twenty years of experience working with children diagnosed with special needs and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has had extensive training in verbal behavior analysis. Kimberly has taught in various public schools districts and private schools. Kimberly has presented research at numerous conventions and has been published in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Katherine DeCotiis Wiedemann, MA, BCBA, Special Education Teacher
Katherine attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in Florham Park, NJ where she obtained a BA in Creative Writing and a Master of Arts in Education. She also attended The College of St. Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ where she obtained her teaching certification as a Teacher of Students with Disabilities. She received her BCBA certification from the Florida Institute of Technology. She has over six years of experience working with children diagnosed with disabilities. Katherine has taught as a special education teacher and with children on the autism spectrum in a variety of public school districts, private schools, and in-home.
Robin Mammone, M.S. Sp. Ed., BCBA
Robin Mammone attended Binghamton University where she obtained a B.S. in Psychology. She also attended Hofstra University where she obtained a Master of Science Special Education. She received her BCBA certification from the Florida Institute of Technology. She has over 15 years of experience in the principals of ABA. She has taught as a Special Education teacher and with children with autism spectrum disorders. She has also been a Lead Behaviorist for the Bloomfield, NJ School District.
Sacha Altadonna, BS Business Administration
Sacha Altadonna, our Business Administrator, attended Susquehanna University where she obtained a B.S. in Business Administration (Marketing & Finance). Sacha has over 17 years of experience in managing client marketing campaigns. In addition, she was employed by a school district for 4 years where she gained experience in working with children in special education. Her diverse skills with both people and processes has allowed her to be successful in many different environments.
Melanie Roman White, B.A. Psychology, ABA Consultant, ABA Graduate Certificate, Penn State University
Melanie, our Staff Director, attended Kean University in Elizabeth, NJ where she obtained a BA in Psychology. With seven years of experience in autistic populations, Melanie also holds a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University Melanie has worked as Behavior Modification Consultant for the Hunterdon Developmental Center of New Jersey managing programs for an adult autistic population. Melanie also provided 1:1 home based ABA services under the supervision of a Lovaas Institute Consultant.

Greg Carr, Founder
Greg attended Susquehanna University where he earned a B.S. in Marketing. For more than 18 years Greg has been an active advocate for the enterprise market in the technology expense management industry. In 1987 Greg founded Teldata Control, Inc. and led operations of the company as managing partner and chief executive officer. Under Greg’s leadership, the firm achieved an impressive expansion from a start–up with one employee to an enterprise with more than $27 million in revenues and 270 employees. In August of 2004, Greg merged Teldata Control, Inc. with Broadmargin to form Control Point Solutions. The firm has more than $7 billon of telecom expenses under management and over 400 employees with operations in seven states and overseas. Greg managed the merger and creation of the new company. Greg Carr is also one of the driving forces behind The Uncommon Thread, an organization committed to providing resources, support and individualized treatment options to children and their families with developmental disorders including Autism. Currently he is overseeing the day to day operations of The Uncommon Thread.
Aileen Carr, Founder
Along with her husband, Aileen Carr founded an early intervention center in Stirling, New Jersey helping young children with autism and associated behavioral disorders. She holds a certification as an assistant board certified behavior analyst and is certified to teach grades P-3. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in education with an emphasis in disabilities. She draws inspiration from her own life experience as a parent of a child with autism and the deep understanding of the difference early intervention can make toward improved outcomes for these children.
