Looking to make a difference and be supported and appreciated for it? Appreciation is just the beginning. There are so many reasons you should consider joining our exceptional team at The Uncommon Thread (TUT).
Want to work in a culture of support, teamwork, celebration, and fun?
Support & Teamwork: At TUT you’ll never feel like you’re alone on an island. We are in this together and teamwork is essential. You’ll have the support and guidance from BCBAs, case managers, clinical directors, and our administrative team. A BCBA will be by your side a minimum of 20% of the time providing oversight, collaboration, and mentoring. Continual professional development is just another way we support you. You should have all the tools, knowledge, and confidence to be the best that you can be. So, the only island you’ll find yourself on while working for TUT, is perhaps a well-deserved island vacation!
Celebration & Fun: Life is meant to be celebrated! Not a week goes by without a fun activity or celebration at TUT. Whether it’s a child’s graduation, a bridal or baby shower, a team building event, a therapist passing a BCBA exam, or a trip to the zoo – we know how to celebrate each other, our children, and simply have a great time.
Want a good work/life balance with flexibility, options, and convenience?
Who doesn’t? At TUT we understand that different things work for different people and at various stages in life. TUT not only offers part-time and full-time positions, but we offer it in many therapeutic settings: in-home, in center, in private preschools, public school districts. Decide you want to try out another setting and expand your horizons? No problem! We do our best to accommodate your ideal work setting, case load, hours and, of course, find opportunities close to where you live.
Want an organization where you can grow & advance by leaps and bounds?
The sky’s the limit! Just this year alone, we’ve celebrated close to a dozen promotions and newly created positions at TUT. Our untiring efforts to continually improve and enhance the outcomes of our children, translates into growth opportunities for our exemplary staff.
Want compensation and benefits you deserve?
Making a difference in a child’s life deserves our appreciation – as well the best benefits package in the industry! Our 401K matching plan means your savings account grows a whole lot quicker. Speaking of boosting your savings; for six years in a row TUT has provided extremely generous semi-annual bonuses to all staff. Medical, dental, vision and life insurance; as well as paid personal time off are just some of the other perks that show our gratitude for your hard work. Bottom Line: We’ll take good care of you, and in return you’ll take good care of the children and families we serve.
