We Follow the BACB Guidelines
TUT trusts the 40 years of ABA research that the BACB guidelines are based on. Because of this, we witness and experience the greatest gains and outcomes for the children we serve.
- We provide close to 20% supervision for all our children adhering to the BACB guideline for dosage
- The supervision ratio of children can be as low as one child with a maximum of six
- We understand the importance of Indirect service hours and will pay your hourly rate for them

Case Manager Support & Guidance
A case manager is a valuable resource that will enable you to focus on the clinical aspects of providing the best ABA therapy, program and results for a child.
- A case manager will handle administrative logistics such as client schedule, therapist schedule, fulfillment issues and vacation coverage
- A case manager will provide support regarding parental communication and concerns as well as assist with therapist issues
- A case manager will provide and identify training opportunities for personal growth and development
- A case manager can act as a sounding board and can provide guidance on any job-related issue
Clinical Director Support & Guidance
TUT has four Clinical Directors and several Assistant Clinical Directors to provide you with direct and indirect support including:
- Access to ABA resources and materials
- Completing assessments, program development, and insurance authorizations
- Collaboration and on-site support for difficult cases
- Ensuring your therapist will have all essential skills to provide ABA and work effectively with your children
- Regular program visits and data reviews
- Support on parent training
Clinical Director Training Support
We are committed to service and aide your growth as professionals. We have a dedicated Clinical Director to ensure continual professional development to enhance your education in the science of ABA and much more. This includes regular In-service trainings as well as Relias online training available 24×7 to all clinical staff. TUT also offers free CE credits!
Extensive Administrative and Technology Support
Let our team tackle administrative issues so you can do what you were trained to do. We have an excellent administrative and management team that will handle scheduling, coordination, billing, insurance and payroll for you. We have State of the Art Technology and utilize Rethink software, an online application used to plan and program a child’s treatment. The therapist, child and the BCBA are all linked, making graphing and planning quick and seamless.

Preferred Skills/Interests:
- MUST possess your BCBA certificate in addition to your Master’s Degree
- ABA experience is necessary for in-home therapy
- Candidate should be comfortable with supervising and overseeing the case
- Should have prior field experience
- Experience with Rethink Software a plus
