In Jessica’s new role, she will mentor and support new BCBAs across the core areas of TUT that are integral to developing strong BCBAs. Jessica will orientate new BCBAs to TUT’s Way of Life including our Clinical ABA Best Practices, Rethink Clinical platform, and Rethink’s Practice Management platform. She will act as a sounding board for an interim period on clinical set up, assessments, and collaborate on supporting children. Jessica will identify and assist in professional development opportunities for new BCBAs and ensure they are receiving the clinical support needed to provide high-quality case oversight to our therapists, clients, and families.
Jessica earned her BA in psychology from The College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in ABA from Georgian Court University. She completed her supervision as a teacher’s assistant and then transitioned into a BCBA role at a private school for children with autism. Jessica, a BCBA since 2015, joined TUT seven years ago as an in-home BCBA. She transitioned to a center BCBA and was promoted to Senior BCBA in TUT’s Bridges Classroom in 2021. With Jessica’s proven abilities and lengthy experience at TUT, she will most certainly have a positive effect on our new BCBAs as well as the children and families we support.
