The Uncommon Thread would like to welcome Anne Faraher to our team as Development Director of Clinical Practice. This new position was created to enhance our standard of excellence in ABA programing and delivery, and further improve the outcomes of the children we serve. Anne, who brings over 20 years of vast experience in the field will augment and round out our terrific team of Clinical Directors. A BCBA since 2007, Anne has had a distinguished career with experience that includes: Creating and directing agency-wide trainings for clinical staff; Development and management of in-home ABA programming and delivery; Supervising individuals seeking BCBA and RBT/Trained Behavior Technician certification, and more.
Anne, as Development Director of Clinical Practice, will identify, develop, and validate core ABA best practice standards. “I consider this new role, and the addition of Anne to our team, a great investment in the kids we support,” says Greg Carr, Founder and Managing Director. “This is consistent with our mission to advance the lives of children diagnosed with autism”. We are extremely excited for Anne to join us and are confident that her breadth of knowledge and experience will be a tremendous asset to TUT staff and TUT families alike.
