Dear TUT,
It’s my son’s last day with TUT. As you know, I am in the medical field and have degrees in varying sciences including developmental psychology. I have worked with children with special needs in my past and continue to work in the field of pediatrics. I say that to say this…I not only have a parent’s perspective of the quality of work that has come from TUT- but I also have a professional viewpoint.
You have the dream team in the two women who have worked with my son. They are bright and compassionate; kind and direct; knowledgeable and trustworthy. The best decision ever made for my son was when you paired these two together. They are by the book but use common sense. No two children are the same and each child on the spectrum may display an array of responses to their environment given the stimuli—the TUT team is responsive, creative and loving and they know how to manage everything so well. They help bring a sense of calm to both the child and the parent. This is something that I will always cherish and never forget.
Even his new school, and ALL schools visited during our intake processes were so impressed with these women and the level of quality they displayed in their skills and in working with my son and each school team. I think this is a testament to the quality of teachers that you have at TUT. I am appreciative of TUT for making sure that our children are the priority and for ensuring that you employ amazing people to take care of our babies.
My son loves the team at TUT. Whether we were in home, going on trips/outside community activities together, or helping him to learn how to do things that he has never done before, it was done with professionalism and a warm heart. We did it together. You have two remarkable women on your team and I for one, will miss them for my son tremendously. If I could give them the world, I would. My son has grown so much and I measure progress by growth. There are not enough words to express my gratitude ❤️ Thank you ALL for helping my son grow into the awesome little boy that he is now. You will be missed, but onto the next journey we go!!
Best Regards,
Mom
