Exciting things are always happening in the Clinical Department of The Uncommon Thread!  

TUT is proud to announce the creation of the new Senior BCBA position. This role will expand the clinical support that TUT offers as well as provide career advancement opportunities for seasoned BCBAs. Recently, five deserving BCBAs were promoted to Senior BCBA positions.  This elite group will perform dual roles at TUT.  While carrying a reduced caseload, the Senior BCBA will provide direct support, collaboration, and hands-on mentorship to TUT BCBAs.  In addition, the Senior BCBA will work in conjunction with Clinical Directors and Case Managers to place more focus on assisting BCBAs who have students that require more intensive clinical support. This new role will certainly enhance the effectiveness of our clinical staff, and more importantly, ensure better outcomes for the children and families we all serve.
